The Ecoforestry Institute is dedicated to the art, science, philosophy, and practice of sustainable forestry in healthy forests. Its ecological perspective incorporates industrial and traditional forestry as special cases, much like Einstein's theory of relativity incorporated Newtonian dynamics as a special case.
